This website prohibits the unauthorized collection of email addresses posted on this site using email collection programs or other technical devices.
Please note that violations are subject to criminal penalties under the Information and Communications Network Act.

Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
- Article 50-2 (Prohibition of Unauthorized Collection of Email Addresses) No one shall collect email addresses using programs or other technical devices that automatically collect email addresses from internet homepages without prior consent of the homepage operator or administrator.
- Article 50-8 (Imposition of Penalty) A penalty of up to 30 million won may be imposed on persons falling under any of the following categories.
Penalty Provisions
The following penalties apply under Article 65 (Penalties) of the Information and Communications Network Act:
- Those who violate Article 50 Paragraph 4 (prohibition of unauthorized email address collection) shall be punished by imprisonment of up to 1 year or a fine of up to 10 million won.
- Those who violate Article 50 Paragraph 6 (prohibition of sale or distribution of collected email addresses) shall be punished by imprisonment of up to 1 year or a fine of up to 10 million won.
Prohibited Activities
The following methods of email address collection are prohibited by law:
- Use of automated email collection programs (bots)
- Collection of email addresses through web crawling
- Commercial use of email addresses posted without authorization
- Sale or distribution of collected email addresses
