Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service regulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of EduFellow Distance Training Institute (hereinafter "Institute") and users regarding all services provided by the Institute.

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to distance training and related services provided by the Institute.
2. "User" refers to a person who agrees to these Terms and uses services provided by the Institute.
3. "Member" refers to a person who has registered by providing personal information to the Institute.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)

1. These Terms are effective for all users who wish to use the services.
2. The Institute may amend these Terms within the scope not violating applicable laws.
3. When Terms are amended, the Institute will announce changes 7 days before implementation.

Article 4 (Membership Registration)

1. Users apply for membership by filling out the registration form and expressing agreement to these Terms.
2. The Institute registers users as members unless they fall under certain exclusion criteria.

Article 5 (Provision and Modification of Services)

The Institute provides the following services:

• Distance training content provision
• Learning management and progress tracking
• Certificate issuance
• Learning community operation
• Other services developed or provided through partnership agreements

Article 6 (Service Hours)

1. Services are available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unless there are special technical or operational issues.
2. The Institute may divide services and set different available hours for each category.

Article 7 (Tuition and Payment)

1. Users must pay tuition for paid services provided by the Institute.
2. Payment can be made using credit cards, bank transfers, virtual accounts, and other payment methods provided by the Institute.

Article 8 (Refund Policy)

Tuition refunds are processed as follows:

• Up to 7 days before course start: Full refund
• 7 days before to course start date: 80% refund
• Within 1 week after course start: 50% refund
• After 1 week from course start: No refund

Article 9 (Copyright)

Copyright of all content (videos, materials, documents, etc.) provided by the Institute belongs to the Institute or the content provider. Users may not copy, distribute, or transmit such content without authorization.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)

The Institute is exempt from liability when unable to provide services due to force majeure such as natural disasters, war, or telecommunication service suspension.
