Google Classroom Assignment Submission Not Showing

Hello. I'm a teacher using Google Classroom for the first time this year.

Students say they submitted their assignments, but it shows as not submitted on my end. Has anyone experienced this?

  • Assignment type: File attachment
  • Student device: Chromebook
  • Error message: None

Please help!
